Introducing wsproto into Gentoo.

I confirm tests pass successfully in all the python versions.

Thanks to you, @mgorny :) Hehe, I am glad to see your time invested in QA's on previous pull requests of mine was not spent in vain. I am sure if it wasn't for your previous feedback I wouldn't be able to write this ebuild at this level of quality.
