net-vpn/i2p: bump to 0.9.36

This PR also bump net-libs/nativebiginteger, which is depending on the i2p sources.

There was an issue with loading the previous library (called jbigi in java world), which is now fixed. It is unbundled now as we can now simply depend on net-libs/nativebiginteger.

As usual, we remove previous versions.

Btw, net-libs/nativebiginteger doesn't seems to be maintained anymore; as it is closely related to net-vpn/i2p, I can also proxy-maint' it.
