This PR addresses issue #3657 for continental extension and crustal deformation cookbooks. It also modifies the link of the parameter file in Burnman, which I forgot to address in the last PR.

Did you add the symbolic links? I don't see them in the diff.

@tjhei I added the symbolic links, I can see them in the files changed here. Also to verify this, all paths in the tex file are relative to the "manual" folder and not "cookbook" folder and the manual will throw an error without the links.
