ISO19139 - Elements processed by update-fixed-info get inline geonet namespace

The xml send to update-fixed-info has the geonetnamespace, but it's not copied in the output. This seem causing that elements processed end with it's inline definition:

<gmd:language xmlns:geonet="http://www.fao.org/geonetwork">
    <gmd:LanguageCode codeList="http://www.loc.gov/standards/iso639-2/" codeListValue="eng" />
</gmd:language>

It's a cosmetic issue, but not nice.
