Apparently there is no way at this stage to zoom to a layer once we add it to the TOC:

This is extremely useful IMHO when we load something from a remote service.

TODO:

  • Add button to TOC
  • Read bbox from catalog and store in layers state
  • Save and reload bbox on map save
