3D Measurement tools

Description

We should include the possibility to measure in the a 3D environment.

Acceptance criteria

• Enable Measure plugin in 3D view
• Add following measurement tools:
  • 3D polyline distance: a user should be able to draw a polyline in 3D space and see the distance value in labels
  • 3D area: a user should be able to draw a polygon in 3D space and visualize information about the area
  • 3D point coordinates: a user should be able to click a feature and get the information of the intersected point: latitude, longitude and altitude
  • 3D height from terrain: given a point intersected to a feature in 3D space compute the distance from the point to the terrain
  • 3D angle: a user should be able to draw 3 points and get the angle value
  • slope: a user should be able to draw a triangle surface and get the slope value
