[Backport 2022.02.xx] #8576 No feedback loading while query 3D Tiles layers (Identify) (#8602)

Description

This PR improves:

• the response time of the get feature info displaying the spinner also for 3D tiles layer
• the position of the clicked point after intersecting a feature on the map
• review some selectors that were slowing down the app after clicking on the map
