Student Project Outline

• R markdowns go in "analysis" folder.
  • R markdowns should begin with an executive summary stating (i) what you did, (ii) what your conclusions are, and (iii) what questions you need to ask me.
• R scripts go in the "code" folder.
• Raw data goes in the "data" folder.
• Cleaned data and simulation output go in the "output" folder.
• Each time you make an R script or R markdown, summarize it in one line in "index.Rmd" and re-knit.
