URLs with a / at the end are getting redirected to non-existing urls.

To replicate: Enable Multi-language support and add languages.
Except for the home page every link that ends with a / like /en/blogs/ is getting redirected to /en/en/blogs. That works with every other language as well. Also /blogs/ is getting redirected to /en/en/blogs.

The home page tho (/en/) is not effected by this issue.
Everything seems to work for /en/blogs (Without the / end the end) though.
