v0.15.0

This release of Hinode introduces support for versioned documentation. You can either maintain the different versions within the same repository, or use an approach with multi-branch deployments (currently supported for Netlify). You can easily configure your different versions, and Hinode will automatically add a version switcher to the main navigation. The sidebar navigation is version-aware too. Finally, you can add an optional alert to warn users about a newer version.
