Tapping on a specific question in a field list from the hierarchy view should scroll to that question

Problem description

When a specific question in a field list is tapped from the hierarchy view, the field list opens with the first question at the top and with focus. The question that was tapped should be on the screen and have focus.

Steps to reproduce the problem

1. Open a form with a long field list
2. Tap on the jump button
3. Tap on a specific question near the bottom

Expected behavior

The view is scrolled down so that the selected view is shown.

Other information

This is related to work I'm doing in #3023 and I'll take this on once that is ready to merge.
