Context
In updating the hierarchy view styling, we had the idea to explore making the asterisk its own element, instead of it being part of the question text, so it's easier to read.
When we have longer questions and the answers are intended, the ragged edge of the text forces the eye to zig-zag to read the information. This isn't a huge issue because it's still readable, but it would be more user-friendly if the question text was aligned and the asterisk was its own element.
Goal
Explore how complex it would be to make this change so we can determine if it's worthwhile investing in.
