GEY-2353 Staging updates: Turn icon+text into icon only when the screen size is small
Issue: it looks weird that we have 2 styles for the buttons:

GEY-2391 Design update: Let's round the images in the project section
Apply a 8px rounded corners to images in the project story description GEY-2392 Design refactor: Left sidebar in project page first shows icons then text
When I load a project the left sidebar first loads the icons then loads the icons+text GEY-2327 Back button should be consistent with the other buttons in the left sidebar

Also, adds a refactor that was made for a task that got cancelled, but will be needed for another one.
This being, adding the creator buttons for creating an entry, milestone or reward from the navigation bar.
This creator buttons got cancelled in favor of a new creator button with a modal, but this refactor of making the rewards and milestones modals available from anywhere in the project landing will be needed anyway.
