bioTrackBinner

DOI

R script to bin biological tracks from different bio-formats into tables conveniently stored in rds files.

  • Supports the following formats: bed, bedGraph, bigWig, cod, txt, xlsx.
  • Custom code can be provided on the fly for currently unsupported or esotic file formats.
