This allows my "stack setup" script to just always use "--clean"

I noticed you merged my previous PR into both improved-base and master. That would be good for this and #407 (I actually meant to open them against improved-base..)! For now, I've cherry-picked the commits into https://github.com/mgsloan/ghcjs/tree/master, so that I can put up an sdist for that version. |
