What does this PR do?
This PR updates the existing dev content from the intranet. It basically pulls over all existing changes and adds the correct markings to the content.
Any background context you can provide?
Content was already moved here but ALSO lived in our intranet. This aligns the two sources and the intranet docs are deleted in a follow up.
What is needed from the reviewers?
Please check if this content should still be public. We made it public during our harbor project and only included critical stakeholders then.
