Request Add Indonesia (ID) Translation TEAMS, me as Team Leader.

Before that, please check the conventions of l10n commits by reading commit logs for po/:

$ git log -- po/TEAMS
$ git log -- po/

You will find:

1. Subject of every commit has a prefix "l10n:", and
2. Every commit has a "Signed-off-by:" signature.

Please update your commit log message.

Please follow l10n convention: add the prefix l10n: to every commit you made on files in po/.
Feel free to send pull request when you complete all the translations for Git. I will create a WIP (working in progress) branch for your work.
