Git for Windows has its own mailing list, and prefers bugs to be submitted
via the bug tracker.

Thanks, makes sense, and I hope this will improve the routing of bugs.

Sorry for the slow merge; I noticed some backlog so I'm picking through and merging obviously-good bits like this.
