What is the current behavior?
The new dashboard offers a limited management capabilities such as create a new category or (re-)assign a repository to a category.

What is the expected behavior?
A user must have an ability to:

  • rename categories
  • delete categories along with all content

The functionality must be offered via a Settings screen.
