Description
In #4471 we discovered that the language-asn1 grammar was removed as @ajlangley wasn't aware we were using it as a submodule and that his housecleaning would lead to Linguist failures. The repo has been restored, but now to his primary account.
This PR updates the submodule path to use the new location.
