Automate turning on Dependabot and/or Secret Scanning #10

FYI, I think the spirit of this issue was for ADO -> GHEC customers. Who are potentially moving to github because they want all the cool stuff github has that ADO doesn't (like dependabot and/or secret scanning). And this issue represented a way to help them automate migrating their 1000 repos and turning on the cool new features for them all at the same time (which I don't think we currently support in GEI). |
Got it! I’ll reopen this. I think GitHub might have some new tools for mass enablement of security products. I’ll look into that.
