didn't catch this in #1821 Using SHA instead of tag ensures secure supply chain. Tags are mutable, SHAs are not Signed-off-by: jmeridth <jmeridth@gmail.com>

This just closed what appears to be a valid bug: #1647. Or is it? Message was:
"Completed". Does this mean "fixed". Because from commits does not look like it. Confusing behavior and I don't think "stale" bugs should be "complete" when they're valid and still exist. |
