This pull request covers two sets of updates, including updates made on October 8, 2019 and today, November 13, 2019.

October 8 Updates included:

Alphabetization of the definitions
Addition of section J. Beta Previews

November 13 Updates include:

Moving certain product terms sections (e.g. GitHub Pages and Learning Lab) to the new GitHub Additional Product Terms
Moving certain usage limitations to the Acceptable Use Policy
Adding pricing language to address usage-based billing for Actions and Packages
