Add or convert images to JPEG instead of PNGs to save space & improve loading speed

PNG images of same resolution load slower than the JPEGs.
When you open a node with a lot of images which in CherryTree are saved as PNGs, it takes a lot longer to load.
Please add the ability in CherryTree to store images in JPEG format to save space & improve performance.
