This PR enables support for XPA and basic DS9 integration (#7). When the XPA library is installed, it should be enough to build Lensed with
make XPA=1
to enable XPA support. Then it will be possible to interact with a DS9 instance, even remotely over LAN, through XPA.Integration is pretty basic at the moment, just direct visualisation of the reconstruction progress whenever Lensed is updating the output. For the future, it might be possible to think about direct plotting and more of the finer points that DS9 supports.
