<![if !supportLists]> visible, when using enumerations in Outlook e-mails #13399
Comments
Hi, Could you provide source of an email that cause this issue into eml format ? |
I managed to get the .eml, but github has problems accepting it. Therefore i changed the file type to .txt. |
I've removed comment that was not written in english. |
@gbiay this is not the same issue, and this is not the same GLPI version. The issue you're talking about is already fixed in GLPI 9.5 branch nightly builds. Please keep this ticket focused on only one problem. |
#13402 should prevent this issue. It does not fix already collected emails. |

Bug description
Tested multiple times with: Outlook 2016
When an Outlook user sends HTML Format E-Mails to a Receiver in GLPI, the used enumerations are visible like that:
I would've expected that these words (<![if !supportLists]>- <![endif]>) are removed from glpi before generating a ticket-text from them.
They do not disappear, when sent back as E-Mail into Outlook either.
Rich-Text enumerations don't generate these lines:
o Next Tab Hyphen
