To run a brick mux regression on gerrit we always pull a patch(https://review.gluster.org/#/c/glusterfs/+/21126/ ) but now after move
on github the brick_mux regression is failing so introduce a compile time build option --enable-brickmux to enable brick_mux for
all test cases.
