Create an initial welcome page that does a better job introducing Noladex to new site visitors. It could hide itself or turn into the existing header/navbar we have after they scroll past it, or once the site is cached.

Prtlnd.com has "We are PRTLND" that takes up a bit of room at the top. Now that the header isn't fixed position, we could also have a larger header that acts as an introduction to Noladex.
