docs: add private key of test address to ease Adena registering

Currently Adena wallet only allow one seedphrase. Using the Private Key you can register this address without removing yours.

Can you please explain how you extracted/generated this private key step by step?

We will merge this, but keep in mind that we will most likely refactor this whole section soon. I will make sure that the test1 mnemonic & private key are accessible.

Sure: It was using the Adena wallet.

First install the wallet again and register the test1 address with the seedphrase in docs (source bonus chronic canvas draft south burst lottery vacant surface solve popular case indicate oppose farm nothing bullet exhibit title speed wink action roast).

After doing that you can use the Adena wallet to provide it via:

• Locate in the address of the only address you have registered (the test address)
• Hamburger icon
• Settings
• Security & Privacy
• Export Private Key
• Follow steps to copy it
