Example:

./build/gnokey broadcast createboard.signed.txt --remote test2.gno.land:36657 --dry-run 
# (1462 gno.land/r/boards.BoardID)
# OK!
# GAS WANTED: 2000000
# GAS USED:   3196435

Current --gas-wanted requirement for CreateBoard is 3.2M instead 2M
