Use KeywordPresentAndDefined when the KeywordSet test is not used
the previous version was throwing if the extrat mechanism was trying to pass in the _EXTRA structure a !NULL variable herited form a previous _REF_EXTRA. test_suite.pro modified to error if this is not done. Also, corrected some potential problems (0) instead of [0].
… be fixed by this.
