Which changes (Bug/Feature):

Fixes #43

Special notes for reviewers:

1. 检测网络状况，根据网络结果尝试从github或者fastgithub镜像获取Release产物
2. 依赖于Release的格式，需要注意后续打包时格式一致
3. 目前只支持安装最新版本，且暂未支持卸载

是不是 将 quick-start.sh 移动至 deploy目录更好些
