It seems while the PR has been merged, we are still waiting on Docker's CI to build the images (especially the arm ones). So I will try to build this periodically.

Currently blocked by upstream docker-library/golang#374 and docker-library/official-images#10379 the upstream builds of the images are failing due to upgrades needed on their build infra.
