Add a recover your password option in the login form

Pretty much like the other Godot's sites or any other website that requires user identification.

I guess for this we need a mail server, right?

Or should we implement login from GitHub and don't bother handling accounts ourselves?

@bojidar-bg In the meantime we can probably handle this on a case by case basis, by setting the password manually in the database for the users we know and that need it? (is it possible?)

I'd like to request the manual reset of my password... I would have waited until this but there is a bug that I corrected thanks to a report and I can't update the download link.
I am using the same username there as here in github brunosxs
