I posted about it here in the forums: https://discuss.gohugo.io/t/shortcode-into-an-included-mmark/5712

the issue: when including a .mmark with {{/home/included.mmark}} on a main .mmark
if that included file contains shortcodes, those shortcodes are not supported,

Bep wrote that it is not supported at the moment:

Currently not supported, and as I do not use Mmark myself, a fix for that needs to come from someone else.
