Adding files section to the bottom of command pages #338

Based on the discussion on #314. Creating this PR so that the files section is visible at the bottom of command pages as well.

As suggested, I've changed the ids to be prefixed with "pkg-". I've also moved out the duplicated code into a template in common.html and used it at pkg.html and cmd.html.
Additionally, I've also added the directories link to the directories to the command template.
I've updated the pull request with the necessary changes. Please let me know if I need to change anything further.
