gccgo hangs on the following input:

package a
type e[e][]

gcc version 6.0.0 2015070 (experimental) (GCC)

    When parsing a malformed array type, i.e. invalid length, gccgo
    would loop indefinitely based off of a uninitialized length variable.
    
    Fixes golang/go#11539.
