What is the best way to sort a slice of times? It might be worth providing the hooks in
the time package for that. This is just a reminder to think about the issue.

Slice is a []Time satisfying sort.Interface by leveraging
Time.Before(t) to sort times in increasing order.

Fixes golang#5019
