This updates Zephyr SDK version to 0.14.2 Signed-off-by: Marcin Niestroj <m.niestroj@emb.dev>
Espressif toolchain is already integrated with Zephyr SDK, so there is no need to install it in a separate step. Remove also manual configuration of environment variables, which was needed only with toolchain installed separately. Signed-off-by: Marcin Niestroj <m.niestroj@emb.dev>

Remove also
west espressif installfrom GitLab CI, as it is no longer needed.
