I/O 2017 release of Battery Historian.

* Powermonitor parsing supports more formats
* System health events
* Activity Manager / Sys UI events parsed
* Drag-and-drop timeline rows
* Showing more data in tables
* Bug fixes, updated dependencies and code cleanup
