Resolves #5535.

Proposed Changes

Attempt to remove requires.js, now that (we believe) it is no longer needed.

The first commit removes everything that's already required by core/blockly.js. This just leaves one theme and the new serialization system (which still uses goog.module.declareLegacyNamespace).

Behaviour After Change

Should be no change.

Reason for Changes

Remove a redundant file, now that there are (temporarily) no 'optional parts' of Blockly.

Additional Information

Blockly.serializaton.* can be imported and reexported in blockly.js as everything else already is.

Not quite sure what to do about Blockly.Themes.Classic, though. Just require it (for side effects) in blockly.js? (But see also issue #5542, which is related.)

It sort of makes sense, doesn't it? The only remaining require not duplicated in `blockly.js` was that for `Blockly.themes.Classic`, but it is already required by `Blockly.themes` (itself required by `Blockly`).

I think the test failure might just be some kind of random flakiness. Tried running under v12 locally and npm test completed successfully. Failure was:

That failure is the mocha tests taking too long to run. Which, yes, is flakiness at this point.

It sort of makes sense, doesn't it? The only remaining require not duplicated in `blockly.js` was that for `Blockly.themes.Classic`, but it is already required by `Blockly.themes` (itself required by `Blockly`).
