  1. refactor: Validate AWS Metadata URLs 

    Notes:
- Validates a URL's `hostname` rather than`host`
- Added test for URL with port
- Uses static variables for AWS metadata IP Addresses
- `RangeError` rather than `Error`
- Separated validators from setters in `constructor`
