Testing branch for request ID autopopulation.

Steps:

  1. Clone feat: autopopulate fields in the request sdk-platform-java#2353 to your local machine
  2. From the sdk-platform-java root folder, run mvn clean install -DskipTests -Dcheckstyle.skip -Dclirr.skip -T 1C to install the gax modules locally
  3. Pull down this PR to your local machine
  4. Run the ITFoldersTest.java
