Several folks have reported issues cloning this repo into Glitch. The Glitch team has investigated and found a bug on their side that seems to affect only this repo.

If you are unable to clone the repo, here are a few alternatives you can try.

Create a new project, then import this repo

Create a new "hello-express" project, then using the Tools button, and import the googlecodelabs/your-first-pwapp repo.

Fork this repo, and import from the fork (courtesy @wujoho)

  1. Fork https://github.com/googlecodelabs/your-first-pwapp to your own repo
  2. Use the newly forked repo instead of the googlechromelabs version

Even if I fork the project, it will download some "A dream of the future" website. Did I do something wrong? https://tinted-thief.glitch.me/

I have the same situation: i clone https://github.com/googlecodelabs/your-first-pwapp.git and the result is "A dream of the future".
What is wrong?
Thank you

With the fork instructions:
"Fork this repo, and import from the fork (courtesy @wujoho)"
The result is the same: "A dream of the future".

Please does anyone know what's wrong?

Hey @elp1964 — can you share the name of your project on Glitch so I can have a look at what's there? I just tried cloning this repo into a new Glitch project (New ProjectClone from Git Repo) and it worked as expected.

(I work with the team at Glitch.)

This bug was fixed, so you all should be able to follow the CodeLab instructions for cloning the repository into a new Glitch project!

Oh no! An email to support@glitch.com should help get things sorted out for you.

It’s ok, it was just demonstrating the cloning issue (it was “a dream of the future”)

The funny thing is that https://suspended.glitch.me/ isn’t suspended

Ha! Okay, good to know.

@petele — not sure if you're still seeing reports from folks having trouble cloning into Glitch, but this should be resolved!
