have a bee casino
there's bullion

Expected Behavior

bullion in a randomly generating room which could appear multiple times on a station sees a bit poorly balanced?

Not a bug. And not really a design flaw either. Golden bullions are common for those who want to find it, you can even spawn with one as a trinket.
