plasma glass made in botany (mostly) cant be reclaimed/material processed #17388

[BUG][MINOR]

Description

if you try to reclaim or put plasma glass grown through botany in material processor, you get nothing (unless, you link a reclaimer to a fabricator with click/drag, then the plasmaglass will be in there)

Steps to reproduce

  1. try to reclaim/mat process plasmaglass made in botany
  2. nothing happens

Expected Behavior

should be aable to reclaim it

Not a bug, glass shards are worth less than 1 full glass block because of glass duping issues.
After #17266 was merged the reclaimer just eats the individual shards until you put enough in there.
