When a puritan changeling is saved

Description

When you save a changeling who is also a puritan through cloning, it seems that they become a, "nonchangeling". They are still on the antag list as a ling, but they dont have any abilties nor is a changeling anymore- (confirmed through blood tests).

Steps to reproduce

1. kill puritan changeling
2. clone ling
3. save puritan ling w/ methods
4. you should have a "lingless" changeling

or , what happened in the game when this bug was found

1. kill ling
2. let ling headspider into someone else
3. kill them again
4. clone puritan changeling
5. save ling
6. you should have a "lingless" changeling

Expected Behavior

Saving the puritan changeling, would still allow them to be a changeling.

What order did the scan happen in-- before or after they were ling'd? It's possible they were cloned before the headspider converted them (it takes time to, even after going down your throat)
