[BUG][MINOR]

Description

If a neutron from the nuclear reactor or from the radiation pulse random event hits a drinking glass it will shatter.

Steps to reproduce

  1. See a neutron pass over a drinking glass
  2. Drinking glass shatters

Expected Behavior

this probably shouldn't happen but it's funny and rare

Additional Information & Screenshots

it may not have been the neutrons, I just saw a radiation pulse, a bunch of neutrons fly around, and drinking glasses shatter.
