salvager magpie purchase invalidates constantly

Description

The magpie trader system wont let me purchase anything with currency still in the system

Steps to reproduce

1. Spawn as a salvager
2. Open the trader at the same time as another (might be the source)
3. have the other person flip through the trader and buy something(probable)
   4.Popup should be glitchy and always open at sell list.
   Try to purchase anything and will respond with the basic no funds reply.

Expected Behavior

to be able to purchase things

Additional Information & Screenshots

Deleting the trader and respawning it carries over the glitch anyways.
