Matter eater won't eat cuffs

Description

Used matter eater to eat cuffs once, after that I just 'took a bite' out of them and they'd stay on.

Steps to reproduce

1. Eat cuffs
2. Try to eat more (?)
3. Can't eat the whole thing

Expected Behavior

To eat the handcuffs

Likely because you are eating the cuffs in your stomach, which no longer digest and qdel on matter eating them.

I ate the cuffs and it removed them

OK WAIT!!! this succeeds the first time & then it decides you already ate handcuffs if you get cuffed a 2nd time and Fails (handcuffs are in your stomach contents)
